Research Questions
What are the purity standards of your products?
At Amplified Amino, we set high benchmarks for product purity. Our single molecule products typically meet or exceed a purity standard of ≥98% as determined by a HPLC analysis. Frequently, our products achieve even higher purity levels, often ≥99%. Every batch of our research chemicals and peptides undergoes third-party testing.
Do you provide dosing instructions for your products?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide dosing instructions. All of our products are for research purposes only. We are a research and development company, and these products are not pharmaceuticals.
How much bacteriostatic water do I need to add to my vial?
As a research peptide vendor, we are unable to provide specific instructions regarding the amount of bacteriostatic water to add to your vial.
What does it mean to reconstitute the peptides?
All of our peptides come in a raw lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and must be reconstituted (turned in liquid form) with bacteriostatic water.
How to store peptides for optimal preservation?
To ensure the longevity and efficacy of our peptides, they are supplied in lyophilized powder form. In this form, storage in a cool dry location is sufficient. However once the peptide is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigeration at around 36°F - 46°F is required for preservation.
What are your products used for?
Our products are strictly intended for use in academic and laboratory research settings. They are not manufactured, nor are they approved, for any diagnostic or therapeutic applications in humans. We reserve the right to request further documentation to confirm the intended use prior to processing any orders.
Are your products suitable for human consumption?
No, our products are not suitable for human consumption. They are not approved for medical use, including the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease or illness. For more details, please review our Terms and Conditions regarding the appropriate use of our products.
Why was my account banned?
All products from Amplified Amino are intended solely for laboratory research use only and not for human consumption as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Any indication of misuse may result in restricted access to future purchases. We take this seriously to ensure continued availability for legitimate research.
Shipping Questions
When will I receive my order?
Orders are promptly processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment processing. Depending on where you live, and the shipping method you select, delivery is around 3-5 days. We ship only within the US. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances.
Is Shipping Free?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. On orders less than $100 shipping is calculated based on your mailing zip code.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm CST, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST, will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. Once in the hands of the courier, we cannot account for uncontrollable delays due to weather, holidays or other extenuating circumstances.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information and contact the courier to inquire about the status. If there are still issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support for further assistance.
What happens if my products have been damaged in shipping transit?
If your products are damaged in transit, please contact our customer service support at info@amplifiedamino.com immediately with your order number and you will receive replacements once verified. Please Note: To be eligible for product replacement, it is necessary for you to provide a picture while the products’ exterior enclosure has not been cut or breached. We thoroughly document all orders prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Where is your shipping facility?
We currently have one warehouse located in Texas and are actively working on setting up facilities nationwide for faster shipping options.
My tracking info says the package is delivered but I don't have my package.
With your order status saying delivered, Amplified Amino cannot accept responsibility for your lost packages. Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number handy and they will further assist you.
Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of initial order placement. Product must be in its original unused state. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To initiate a refund, contact us at info@amplfiedamino.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Due to our fast processing time, your window is very short, and will require prompt action.
What is your return process?
