Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds
By initiating a purchase of research compounds from Amplified Amino, I, the undersigned customer, acknowledge and consent to indemnify, defend, and absolve Amplified Amino, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any affiliates (collectively referred to as "Company"), against any possible claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses that may arise from the acquisition, possession, or usage of the compounds provided.
I am aware that the research compounds offered by Amplified Amino are specifically designed for research purposes and have not received approval for human use by any regulatory authorities. I commit to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations and accept full accountability for any potential risks or hazards associated with their purchase, possession, and application.
Furthermore, I relinquish any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities that might develop from or relate to the research compounds I acquire from Amplified Amino.
In addition to the foregoing commitments, I also undertake to protect, defend, and hold harmless Amplified Amino from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, which may include personal injury and property damage, that could directly or indirectly result from my purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.
It is important to note that the statements made on this website about the research compounds have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. None of the statements or products offered by this company are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All products are marketed exclusively for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes and are not suitable for human consumption.
This agreement is legally binding and encompasses not only myself but also my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. This indemnity waiver remains effective for all future transactions or interactions between myself and Amplified Amino.
By proceeding with the purchase, I confirm my complete understanding of this Indemnity Waiver Agreement and voluntarily comply with its full terms and conditions.

Holiday Processing and Shipping Policy
Holiday Shipping Policy
During the holiday season, please review our updated shipping policy and deadlines to ensure your orders arrive on time.
Processing Timeline:
- Orders placed on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1 will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Expect delays during the weeks of Christmas and New Year due to high shipping volumes and limited carrier schedules.
Holiday Key Shipping Deadlines:
For delivery by December 24:
- UPS Next Day Air®: Orders must be placed and paid by December 20.
- USPS Priority Mail: Orders must be placed and paid between December 15-18, depending on your location.
For delivery by December 31:
- UPS Next Day Air®: Orders must be placed and paid by December 27.
- USPS Priority Mail: Orders must must be placed and paid by December 22.
Carrier Schedules and Delays:
- USPS Holiday Schedule: No pickups or deliveries on December 25 and January 1. Limited services are available on December 24. For more details, visit the USPS Holiday Schedule.
- UPS Holiday Schedule: No pickups or deliveries on December 25 and January 1. Limited services are available on December 24. For more details, visit the UPS Holiday Schedule.
- Orders in transit during holiday weeks may experience additional delays. Please check tracking updates frequently.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Orders depart within 1-2 business days of processing. *Not a guaranteed service.
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days): Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same day. *Not a guaranteed service.
- UPS Next Day Air (Next business day): Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same day (excluding holidays).
Tips for Timely Delivery:
- Place your order early—ideally by December 15 for standard shipping.
- Opt for expedited services for orders placed after December 15.
- Double-check your shipping address to avoid delays or incorrect deliveries.
Missed Deadlines and Delayed Shipments:
- If your order is placed after the shipping deadlines for holiday delivery, we will process and ship it promptly, but delivery by your desired date may not be guaranteed.
- If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@amplifiedamino.com for assistance.
